This cafe does great omlettes. They also have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian food, including tasty cakes and scones. The service is friendly and while there's a bit of a wait for food (because it's all cooked fresh) it's not too long. If you like fresh, local food I highly recommend it.

Great food in a cozy setting. Very welcoming and warm staff, plus lots of vegan/vegetarian friendly options. The vegan breakfast is a must try!

Amazingly chilled and welcoming. The Scrumpy Willow is one of my favourite places to go in Newcastle. Friendly staff, cheap as chips and an amazing chef. Perfect for vegans like myself, I highly recommend the vegan apple crumble with vegan ice cream, it is to DIE FOR! The lentil dahl is also top class along with their herbal teas. Perfect for lunch or an evening meal with wine. Love this place, please pay it a visit!

Popped in for lunch one day. I had a latte and a cheese and pepper sandwich. I kind of expected it to come toasted, as in most cafes, but it was in cold bread. Not that it mattered though because it tasted womderful and the bread was awesome. Decor was rather quirky and service a little absent minded but it didn't really matter.
