Lovely Sunday lunch. Great service.

Food was great, though the vegetarian options are minimal and not overly exciting. Service was poor, however, hence the rating: The staff are friendly but I had to ask to have our order take, and prompt for the delivery of our desserts. We'd polished off a bottle of wine before the order was taken, and another before the starter arrived - and we weren't throwing it back. Despite the above, we had a nice evening.

Had some good food and some mediocre food here but what makes this place stand out is the service. We had a waiter (think he was called Salavatore) who couldn't do enough for us. He seemed to anticipate all of our needs which can be tricky with a big group (including rowdy kids) on a busy Sunday afternoon. Don't be put off by the kids thing. If you don't have kids or are looking to avoid kids they positioned us in a spot with other kids round the corner which was a great move for everyone. If you have a family (or not) and you want great service then this is the best place to go on a Sunday afternoon in Hale Village. If they can get more consistent with the food then it will go to another level.

Visited on a Sunday and were greeted by and a warm and inviting atmosphere. Staff very friendly and accommodating. A great dessert menu for those with a sweet tooth!

Great food, lovely service. Been here a few times on a Sunday afternoon and the roasts are wonderful. Have never been in the evening but look forward to dining soon. Lovely friendly staff.
